Today we have the blog tour for HOUSE RULES by Cathryn Fox! Check out our tour stop and grab your copy today!!
House Rules Synopsis:
The last thing I expected to fine in my dossier was sexy stockings, a plane voucher to London and an invitation to dance at a gentleman’s club. I’m a quiet museum curator for God’s sake. No way, no how am I going to slide down a pole for a bunch of over privileged, narcissistic men—until I see Sean Fraser, my childhood crush, enter the establishment. Since I’m no longer that overweight teen with braces and mousey hair, there is no way he’ll recognize me. Hmmm… Maybe I’ll give him a fake name—and a private dance. That ought to make him finally notice me, right? What the hell is Kennedy Lane doing sliding down a pole in a private Gentlemen’s club? I’m not sure, and while I know she’s hands off, I want her. I’ve always wanted her. She might have been too young for me back in the day. Now, not so much. Hands off leads to hands on after a private dance, and while Kennedy spends the weekend pretending to be someone she isn’t, I know full well who she is. And I’m not quite ready to let her hand up her stockings when the show is over.

Title: Destiny
Author: Faith Starr
To say i was surprised by this book would be an understatement. Faith Starr is a new author for me and when i saw that she was coming out with a BDSM genre novel, i know i had to get my hand on it to see what she'd be able to do with it since, from what i found out later, she usually writes self help novels. She did a good job at creating a new world where Noah and Jordin's lives collide when Jordin decides she wants to study the lifestyle with Noah's help. While Noah agrees to help her via the telephone, what he doesn't expect is the impact that she has on him when she shows up at his club to get her answers.
These characters were intriguing. I was curious to find out more about the psych student and the reasons on why BDSM fascinates her so much, and about the man who runs the club. I was captivated by the storyline and although it took me longer than i would have liked to finish the book (mostly because i was often distracted by outside things), i'm curious to find out what else happens in the second book in the series!
