I'm
on the fence with this book. I spent half of it trying to make sense of
the timeline and the various characters, and the other half getting
lost in the story and hoping i didn't miss something important.
Now,
don't get me wrong - i believe that Nazarea Andrews is a genius when it
comes to writing her stories. Not one is remotely the same as another
and each other very well written. Only, and it's happened to me once
before, when it comes to series such as this one, you simply can't just
jump in at any point and hope you'll be able to understand it fully.
More
than one i questioned myself on whether Josiah was male or female
(especially in the beginning) and wondered how Parker fit into the
Tribe. I wish i could have started from the first instalment in the
series because i know it would have made a HUGE difference in my
experience with Black Hole Infection and the who'se who in the many
characters and their link to one another.
