Marks Of THe Mazza by Blake Blessing
Title: Marks of the Mazza
Series: Mazza Series #1
Author: Blake Blessing
Genre: Paranormal Reverse Harem
Published: August 30, 2018
I was just minding my own business, trying to win in life (while in reality just barely passing) when I discovered the existence of a secret race, who think I’m the answer to their prayers.
The Mazza, they called me. Someone who bears the marks of all four houses of this mysterious people, holding untold powers. Every time a Mazza has appeared in their history it has signaled great change. Change they so desperately need when they are on the brink of war.
Their savior. Their Messiah.
More like scale tipper for whatever side holds the Mazza. I just wish I knew what this war is about and who the players are. Everyone is out to get me, manipulate me, own me.
Navigating the minefield I just stumbled into could very well cost me my life. Good thing I stumbled into a mistaken Uber full of men of said race who I can trust to help me navigate my new normal. Or can I?
MARKS OF THE MAZZA is a full-length 70,000 word fun, paranormal reverse harem romance. Book one in the Mazza Series.
His eyes drill into my back as I walk in front of him. A little unsettling, but I don’t let it show. Placing the plastic menus on the table, I turn around and gesture to the booth. “Would you like anything to drink now, or do you want to wait for your companion?” My voice is a little higher than I would like, so I take a steadying breath to get myself under control. He continues to stare hard at me. His eyes rove over my face, catching on the birthmark. “Just water please.” He sits in the booth, crinkling the cheap, red plastic upholstery that is cracked from decades of use, and dismisses me by turning his attention outside the window. What a douche.
Blake Blessing is new on the Indie scene and ecstatic to embark on this new chapter in life. She is a mom, wife, art enthusiast, and author.
She attended ten different schools growing up, so books became her constant friend. Escaping into books of all different genres made life fun and exciting. Blake was also raised on music and still blasts it through the house and car at every opportunity.
She has a weird sense of humor and a penchant for chocolate milk. It only makes sense she would one day go on to write her own stories.
