King of Diamonds by Renee Rose

There's just something about the way that Renee Rose writes her stories that it keeps me coming back for more. It's got this way of weaving a story that will make you wanting coming back for more every single time that she keeps writing - it's captivating. It's got elements of darkness and BDSM in a way that pushes the limits.

Now, King Of Diamonds was completely different from anything i've read from her so far. I've had the opportunity to read some of her paranormal and science fiction novels and have absolutely fell in love with them. I mean, they have some realism to them, but at the same time, it showed me how much imagination that she has - i can't get enough of them. Ok, back to this review of this book rather than her collective library. So this book pushed many boundaries while being 'adorable' (totally the wrong word, but still) since here's the big bad wolf who wants to protect and give the maid everything she could have ever imagined.

It's the kind of story that makes me more than a little excited in finding out what else that this author has to offer her readers because boy was it ever captivating. It's also the book that gives a great base for a new series - so will there be more from the Vegas Underground series? Boy do i hope so since i can see so much potential in a Mafia Romance genre that is amongst one of my favorites from any author.
