If You Say So by Teagan Hunter

Title: If You Say So
Author: Teagan Hunter
Genre: M/M Contemporary Romance Novella
Release Date: May 24, 2018

Blake and I weren’t always together. But, to be fair, we weren’t always not together either.
It began innocently. We were friends, nothing more.
Then two years ago, everything changed.
I noticed his stares. He noticed mine.
We weren’t just friends anymore—we were a whole hell of a lot more than that.
And that’s how we remained, blissfully in love and ready to conquer anything that stood in our way.
Except for ourselves.

By day I’m a freelance cover designer. By every other free moment, a writer. I’m a Missouri raised gal, but I currently live in North Carolina with my US Marine husband where I spend my days begging him for a cat. I survive off coffee, pizza, and sarcasm. When I’m not writing, you can find me binge-watching various TV shows, especially Supernatural and One Tree Hill. I like cold weather, buy more paperbacks than I’ll ever read, and I never say no to brownies.

We Are The Stars by Teagan Hunter

Title: We Are the Stars
Author: Teagan Hunter
Genre: NA Contemporary Romance
Release Date: May 24, 2018

There was no way I wasn’t going to fall for Carsen Wheatley. He came out of nowhere and we collided like stars in the night sky. It was fast and brutal. The buildup was slow and the burnout inevitable.
I never intended for him to be anything more than a summer fling, and he never thought of me as more than fleeting moments of happiness.
But the summer is only temporary, and so were we.
We are imperfect.
We are mismatched.
And we stand no chance against any of it.

I Wanna Text You Up by Teagan Hunter

Title: I Wanna Text You Up
Author: Teagan Hunter
Genre: Romantic Comedy
Release Date: February 1, 2018

When I put up a ROOMMATE WANTED poster, he was the last person on earth I thought would respond.

He was also the last person on earth I’d agree to let live with me…on purpose.

But, here we are—roommates. I’m certain we can coexist without it being awkward, and I’m determined to make it work. There will be no sexual tension building with each accidental touch, no flutters when he wears that stupid backward baseball cap, and definitely no flirting when we text back and forth.

Caleb Mills can’t be the guy for me. He’s my best friend’s ex-boyfriend.

And that would be wrong…right?

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Oh my goodness did i ever laugh when i read this book. It was totally insane on how much i heard myself - admittedly, i speak like that with my bestie, and she's female, so we really tone down the flirting aspect of it all, but i think that you get the gist of it. This was... well, pretty much what i love about college genre romance novels - they're sugary sweet, but not too much so that you get cavities. They're funny because the whole 'your ex is a douche canoe and is coming after you to kill you' drama isn't there like you would with older type characters. And they're just so damn adorable. I mean, they made me laugh. And they even followed the girl code (which i personally had no freaking clue existed... but then again, i don't think i've ever come across the situation where i was attracted to my best friend's ex... that could have been soooooo awkward. I digress.

Teagan Hunter - bravo! Seriously, i don't read many authors who write college romances because there's only so much of this genre that you can take before the stories seem to be all alike, and I Wanna Text You Up was totally different. I loved it. I couldn't get enough.

Let's face it... when you have Rocky Horror gold spanx wearing hot baseball players and the burning water while distracted by a kitten artistic woman get together, there is no dull moment and there was no way i was able to walk away and not find out what would have happened to these two.
